All of the pretty crap they put in new OSes is useless, and slows your system down.

I've been using the same windows theme for 15 years.

All I want is something SIMPLE with GPU acceleration so it does not eat up CPU.

Only Linux has that, maybe Windows 7 will have classic themes with GPU acceleration.

Heh, ages after posting this comment... Windows 7 is still a bit of a hog(needs 512MB+ of RAM to run smoothly), but the GPU acceleration in Aero is better, comparable the Linux's compiz which seems just as slow.

Now only if someone would make a 3D Fm that's actually useful that allows someone to stuff in a ton of information.
