Is it unreasonable to think different cultures/times/places in history answer this differently? 6th Century Arabia said PUBERTY which scientifically makes sense as the body is ready to reproduce. You continue to impose today's Western laws on others as if they're ABSOLUTE and UNIVERSAL.

The reality is that many have been passed down by people who were considered untrustworthy and many have been outright fabricated. Example: Raiding caravans, a common accusation that ignores vital facts that contextualize the event.
