  • In my case exercising seems to do an amazing job. No acne + the skin looks a lot more colorful, looks like there's blood going through it lol. 2 weeks of going to gym 3 times a week (totak 6 times) will show clear results i swear. Wounds will heal faster and acne will start to go away.

  • i heard that rubbin peanut butter on the face that has acne would cure it or reduce the acne. idk if its true but it seems a little bit weird. does any one know if it works?

  • I take 1 Multi-Vitamin at the day combined with apple cider vinegar, and at night I take 10,000 mcg vitamin A, 1 vitamin B-complex with biotin and zinc

    and well it helps a lot, I don't get breakouts anymore but still, I get a cyst at times but it's rare

  • Not all sources. Peanuts contain vitamin b5. There are animal sources too, and it depends if you want to eat the food containing vitamin b5 or take pills.
