great video. I was just listening without having read the title or prior knowledge of the speaker. And I was shocked he was talking about Scientific research. I thought he was speaking to different creative types ie artists, musicians, writers, etc. I think so many people forget(myself included) that scientific innovation requires great creativity. And some forms of science are very demanding cognitively and creatively. Awesome speaker.
