It says Palitha Kohona at CNN news with John Holmes, He stated that he was instructed abt the surrender of these 3 LTTE leaders with white flags but they were shot by LTTE from behind when they tried to surrender. The Lanka e news is not a reliable web site. It is backed by Mangala Samaraweera. This is website is in the process of slinging mud at Government officials for a long time. The statements are baseless.

The problem is the General Fonsekas statement. Not the comments made by his excellency Palitha Kohona.

@ Neharas, If a website quote misleading info against anybody, they r fully entitled to got to courts or get a court order to re-clarify the quotations. That's the standard practice. The Gov has taken Lanka e news to courts many times but then they withdrew their cases. Why?
