Hi rail! Jack & Jill competition is all lead/follow. The men pick a name out of a hat for their partner. I've never seen another video of the two dancing together. The reason they look so good together is that they are both excellent dancers; both are instructors too. Tessa is from Canada and Terry is from Dallas, TX. I had the chance to dance with "T Rose" several times during a workshop and he truly is an amazing lead. Hope this helps. Take care!

They were indeed paired randomly. This was a 'Jack & Jill' competition to test their leading and following skills. Everyone is paired with random partners and random songs too. It's all about partner connection!

The thing I love about her dancing is her ability to play and incorporate both the feeling of the music and the style of her dance partner into her dancing. I could happily watch a DVD of her dancing Jack and Jills/strictly one after another with different partners...

And of course, he's wonderful, too.
