What about original material thats already been created by Neil Peart, your just copying it thats so easy ... How about posting your material, then maybe these people who dont understand music wont praise you for another mans creative ability
I used the boss 660 clap sound with the reverb & chorus turned up. It is actually a sample I copied from the 660 but was recorded "hot". I need to redo the sample.
VERY well done. I was impressed by the polyrhythm which starts about 1:58. The transition/time change at 4:00 was off by a fraction (and that was about the only issue I picked out during the first listen). Great job!

i've seen Rush on every tour since T4E. presto was my 1st show. i'm rather bummed that i couldn't afford a ticket this up coming time machine tour. PISS!
hardly at all, i'm what would be considered a arm chair drummer. never played just know the drums. i was introduced to rush at age 11 by my oldest brother. that was in 76. i've followed NP for over 30yrs now. so when i see anyone who can keep time and follow his work, well it's worth noting.
@rdgurule Much Appreciated! What an amazing thing that his inspiration has reached to everyone I speak with!! I don't know to much about NP personal life but his drumming has inspired my understanding quite a bit!!
Actually, the latest "Chicken Foot" tune "Avenida Revolucion"with Chad Smith on drums is playing a similar pattern as Mystic only spead up & add a swish or so.
Check it out. I think he has hung out with Neil a few times??

There are a bunch of them & I would of thought I would have had more reply's about it.
Since the tempo is already set, I thought more people wold of noticed.

Hello. The cymbal is a 18" Han Chi China. Cost about $35-$40 bucks. A really awesome cymbal!! I love them! I think they used to be called Wu Han's.?
