Nice video of a good and fair Pakistani muslim. Only Iranian agents hate him bcoz of their failure in Afghanistan. Afghan war was our war as it protected us from Soveit Union. A brave person who could challenge any enemy of Pakistan.

@pervazeshaheen Why would Iranians ever hate him? He had terrific relations with the Islamic govt in Iran as long as he lived..

People hate him for other reasons..Mainly coz he back-tracked on his promise to hold elections in 90 days..Muslims don't go back on their words, and thats why we should carefully choose them..

@nilo723 Iran had also good relationship with Soveit Union. moreover tension b/w Iran and Saudi Arabia can't be ignored. Even Islamic govt of Iran is very complex. In international relations they always prefer their Firqa to Islam.

In my history book Zia is not a good person. But if you think he was a good person than its good. I should also appreciate that. I should hate a corrupt person and you should love a good person. There is nothing wrong in that.

I meant to say was we should stick to principles and principles say to us that.

1. Not interference in other countries affairs.

2. Respecting democracy.

3. People of Pakistan should be powerful.

4. Respecting all religions and sects of Islam equally.

Jinnah declared war in Kashmir because Kashmir was our part of the country. And that was true Jihad because we were defending our own land. This jihad was not for our benefit, but because of well being of our Kashmiri brothers.

Zia on other hand Channeled CIA money into our madrasas through ISI and started fighting their war. Is it possible to think that CIA people were so dumb that they gave you money with out their own interest. Islam was used for CIA interest n no paki stood against it.

That is factually incorrect..Afghan Jihad was launched by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and he was the one who started recruiting Afghans like Hekmatyar and Massood and started training them in Pakistan..Gen Zia continued that policy and refused the first American aid offer of 50 million $ by Carter govt.

If he was doing it for money, he would not have started the jihad before American money came..Also, he would not have refused the first offer of the American govt.

Bhutto never started such thing. But again we are not talking about Bhutto. You should know Massood and Taliban were enemies. If you ask any afghan about massood they will tell you he was their hero. No body tell this thing about Taliban in Afghanistan only we Pakistanis, I don't know why? are praising Taliban so much.

Zionists in Islamic form are our Army Generals and Taliban. Because both are after power, leaving aside public interest.

Massood and Hekmatyar became enemies when both became warlords after the Soviet Withdrawal..Taliban fought against both of them and rest all other warlords..

If you go to Kandahar, Mullah Omar is the hero..If you go to Kabul, then Massood is the hero..Afghan society is deeply divided on ethnic grounds..

I am talking about principles and you are talking about history and defending people. I give you example of Bhutto because i thought you would agree with me. Rest i have no sympathies for Bhutto. U can abuse him, or what ever you like to do with him. I would not mind because in history if i would have read him like you, i would also abuse him.

I don't know why we Pakistanis defend one person at the cost of millions of people.

Zia ul haq was a military dictator who came to power by force..He lied and went back on his promise to hold elections in 90 days..But his foreign policy was excellent..Afghan Jihad was launched by Bhutto and continued by Zia..The first Pakistani jihad was launched by Jinnah, and tribal people were called by Jinnah himself to fight..

Here you see Zia defending Iran too!

@myinfotech001 Its funny you say that coz as far as actual facts on ground show the destruction of Pakistan started after the launch of military operations on tribal areas in 2004..And it was accelerated after the attack on Lal Masjid..

If someone blames Zia for his jihad policy, he should rather blame Jinnah coz he declared the first jihad of Pakistan and he was the one who first used tribal people for jihad in Kashmir and supposedly radicalized them..Besides, Zia supported the Sikhs too..

Further more if you study history more thoroughly, you will find Pakistan has actually links with Israel. This was all done by Zia because they wanted missiles from Israel to fight against Russia.

Why are we fighting other peoples war. What is image of Pakistan among Afghans? They consider us worse than animals. Do you know that.

So what have we gained; no respect among afghans, sold our religion to CIA, terrorism in Pakistan, economic collapse, army supremacy over public.

In 1984 India and Israel were going to hold a joint operation to attack Kahuta, and Zia ul haq sent them a message that if you attack then we will attack your nuclear sites..

Pakistan is not doing anything for Afghans right now..They are fighting their own war and they do not ask for any help from Pakistan govt or Army..Apart from that i completely agree with all 5 of your points..
