I think I just figured out by looking at the date of this one and the one marked A5, that these would have to be the Skatterbrane A5s. Sounds great Dan!

You quack like a tone deaf duck...If you cannot hear the air and bite around those notes and the fundamental frequencies he is landing on...maybe stock pickups are good for you...this sounds like Billy G's "Pearly" Lots of spank!

I wonder how these pickups play through a bit more distorted amp... They sound great to me but I hear no bass frequencies...

Nope. That's it. Marshall 2204 and a 1965 BFDR. I've got two Historic LP's and one vintage 50's goldtop LP. That's it.

Are you using effects or just straight through the amp? What is your opinion of a Fulltone OCD versus a Fulltone Fulldrive. I have an OCD and a Seymour Duncan Lavabox but I was thinking of getting rid of the Lava Box to get a Fulldrive...I really like the ODC by the way. thanks.

I've got a ulltone fulldrive 2 98',and unfortunately I'm not crazy about it. I've got 2 strats with two diff. Stephens Design pickups ,and a LP Elegant going thru a Gibson Gold Tone, 64' Vibroverb,and a Blues Jr. Tweed. To me it's o'k but I'm actually considering trying the OCD. If you've got any input on that pedal, I'm all ears.
