Make sure your back and entire body is as perpendicular to the floor as possible - so try not to lean back, instead lean forward so your form is straight

There are a lot of Pilates moves here. I love Pilates! Its my absolute favorite exercise to use when I'm not on machines.

@thiisgurl94 You can bend your arm and lean on your shoulder. That should alleviate the wrist issues.

I extend them outwards, not towards the camera.. but it should just be whatever you feel is most comfortable. :]

It feels like your arm and wrist has to be really strong to do that waist exercise. Also need extremely good balance.
Would you ever try pole fitness. It helps tone the body really well, in ways that the gym can't help you achieve.
