    i'm trying to lose weight when i start classes and something to do at night then going running cuz i was planning on doing that in the morning and after i'm done with classes for the day then something different at night and this looks effective ^^ thanks for sharing =]

  • ok, so i FINALLY got around to trying these moves and i've got to say those moves for your sides are killer!!! i'm actually sore! hahaha.

  • There are a lot of Pilates moves here. I love Pilates! Its my absolute favorite exercise to use when I'm not on machines.

  • @thiisgurl94 I have the same problem, I can't do much of the mid session because my wrist hurts and I have really small wrists... maybe some wrist band will help

  • @thiisgurl94 You can bend your arm and lean on your shoulder. That should alleviate the wrist issues.

  • @thiisgurl94 you can take the same stance, dropping down onto your forearm and elbow for more support.

    i am curious, for the exercise at 1:18 which way is your hand that's on the ground positioned? are your fingers facing towards the camera or outwards? i just don't want to be doing it wrong lol.

  • I extend them outwards, not towards the camera.. but it should just be whatever you feel is most comfortable. :]

  • Make sure your back and entire body is as perpendicular to the floor as possible - so try not to lean back, instead lean forward so your form is straight

  • It feels like your arm and wrist has to be really strong to do that waist exercise. Also need extremely good balance.

    Would you ever try pole fitness. It helps tone the body really well, in ways that the gym can't help you achieve.
