  • After I selected the table and centered, it still shows up on the browser aligned to the left...?

  • @gixxerfourfivezero I'm not sure off hand what is wrong. Check the code itself inside the table tag to see if it centered. If that doesn't resolve it try some inline CSS styling. We have a video on CSS styling that can show you how to do that.

  • @storyindustrial After some time googling, I ended up putting the table inside a div tag and then manually writing in the div align center code, this fixed the problem, although not sure what problem was, but thank you either way, your tutorials are awesome.

  • very helpful video. however, whats not helpful is how off synced the audio and video get. it makes it hard to understand what is happening.

  • @tope531 I may redo those videos. Those were our first videos and I didn't quite have the screen recording understood yet. Thanks for your concern.

  • very good tut!

  • @Mizzzkazz thanks

  • @BabyLorV That is done with states. Look in the right side panel with the layers.

  • Great video, but I was just wondering if I make my links in fireworks and I want to put my website up for everyone to visit it, will that work? Or do I have to make my links in dreamweaver in order for others to visit and see the links.

  • @VIETSHIZZLE123 That should work fine. When you create links in Fireworks its usually best to type out the entire URL. When you do this Fireworks creates a hypergraphic that works as a link.

  • Thanks!!

  • @SohoGrl1 Thanks for the comment.

  • so you suggest adding the link to the button in fireworks instead of doing it in dreamweaver? why?

  • @SohoGrl1 It really doesn't matter if you do it in Dreamweaver or Fireworks, the end result is still the same. For beginners it is sometimes easier to do links in Fireworks. The only disadvantage of this would be that you have to know the exact names of all your pages beforehand. If you find it easier to do it in Dreamweaver do it there.

  • great videos man

  • @MacTactic Thanks, I plan on doing some CS5 videos soon.

  • Thanks for the 'Copy HTML code'. Another tip I pickup from you. Thank you.

  • @mangoprojects Thank you once again for your comments. Copy HTML Code is a much better option than exporting the entire file.

I also have two other videos you might be interested in viewing. One covers the "Copy HTML Code" feature and the second covers editing a document in Fireworks once it has been exported to Dreamweaver.
