  • I am thinning and finally figured out that perms are to blame. I am going to go natural tired of perms, and wigs to hid balding. Thanks You look gorgeous

  • Slave attire. lol.

  • You're beautiful. I love the short hair, glad I saw ur video. Wish u all the best with ur concerns.

  • dr miracles nape and temple balm worked for me try it.

  • I am 46 and after a year of consideration, I'm doing the big chop tomorrow. I don't like the braids, wigs or weave, so I will go from a 4 week old relaxer to chopping most of it off. My daughter just finished cosmetology (she is really good) and I've talked her into doing it. I love watching everyone's videos and it has confirmed for me its time. Thank you for your post!

  • wow u are gorgeous and the makeup is flawless i would never tought u were 43 u go girl =) love the big chop

  • You are looking too cute! I'm with the rest of these sisters. Go see a dermatologist. You've already taken the first step by doing a BC. Good luck with your journey.

  • try massaging with castor oil.

  • it will grow back espeicallly by u keeping the weave. try dr bronner's peppermint soap it's good. keep leave in condition like infusion 23.

  • I use a few drops of peppermint oil when I deep condition and I rub shea butter on my edges for a few minutes...I have notice a difference and I only been doing this for a month and a half

  • For edges I hear castor oil or more specifically Jamaican Black Castor Oil is really good for growing back edges. BTW, I didn't think you looked busted w/out makeup. You're beautiful with or without! Take care and congratulations on your BC!

  • 1.raised by a man & have 7 brothers, girl! i'm sure you were/are well protected. *S* 2. to restore damaged areas, try weleda rosemary oil; definitely available @ whole foods. massage your scalp everyday. i agree w/ damphatty though about consulting a dermatologist also. i lost a significant amt of hair in front due to seborrhea and i have to get some injection treatments to help speed up the growth process. not saying that will be your prognosis. it def wouldn't hurt consulting one though.

  • I don't know of any over the counter products but you may want to speak to a dermatologist.
