  • Its so hard to sit and play V's isin't it

  • @OoRastaChiefoO when you sit with a V, you have to play it like a classical guitar or your going to hate it

  • really wanted to learn this song, thanks

  • rob zombie shirt

  • ok it all sounds right but for the first single note it's a pinch if u don't know what it is look it up but it'll take practice it did for me

  • dude your pretty good at showing how to play guitar. i been trying to learn this song. and i got it down with your video. put some more up .

  • yo dude great lesson thanks by the way your awsome subbed

  • Flying V's suck when your sitting down. They run from ya.

  • nice job and thanks!

  • you need ur Dist as well god

  • `ew

  • hey man i used to have a flying v guitar im pretty sure thats what your playing, great for shows but it would save you alot of fidgiting to get a classic electric for sitting and playing.

  • Great Job Man, Listen T People that Drink that Haterade Shizz:D I LEarned This In 10 Minutes:D

  • thanks man ur instructions are easy

  • Hey man, I dig the crunchy growl distortion you've got. What kind of pedals and amp are you using? I got a small Fender amp, but I can never get that kind of sound out of it.

  • what kind of guitar u got???

  • that high note in the beginning is actually feedback

  • @Scoff94 Actually it's a harmonic...

  • @jtodd900 I went to a seether concert at the blue note in columbia last nite...Shaun used feedback.

  • @Scoff94 Well when covering the song it would usually be the cd version which is a harmonic :) I bet the concert was awesome. I went to 3 Seether concerts in 2009. Might see them in a couple weeks on May 5th here in Atlanta. I wish they came around here every year!

  • @jtodd900 k i apologize, after going back and trying it a couple times it is a harmonic...but not on the 5th fret, it sounds better on the 3rd. and yes the concert was very awesome...it was packed since they dont go to missouri very much

  • @Scoff94 I am not trying to be an ass lol but did you play it in the proper 1/2 step down like it is supposed to be. Cause trust me it is the 5th fret harmonic on the B string. If you were in standard tuning then yeah the 3rd would sound better. It sounds spot on to me and I have all the official tab books. I have seen a few mistakes in the books but this is right.

  • @jtodd900 nah i dont have a tuner atm so im doing in drop d so its 3rd on e string :p

  • what guitar is that

  • Comment removed

  • Pretty good...helped me do it.

  • its a half step tuning, bottom E string to a C# (D# tuning, drop C#)

  • @SuperShadic628 in case thats confusing or wrong since im not perfect at naming tunings, its D# A# F# C# G# C#

  • drop d?

  • i just needed the beginnig lol but good job

  • its actually drop d and half step on rest of strings i do believe. great lesson dude keep rockin himey!

  • @nella1235 very close, its the "drop D" is actually "Drop C#"

  • I learned it in like 10Mins, Awesome Job dude.

  • i didnt quite do this song yet but hey i have been only playing guitar for about a week so it will take some time... also someone needs to find a good spot to sit cause your always moving ha ha ha

  • i dont think after the intro, theres any distortion

  • nicely done bro

  • good job, but get your chords names down a little better haha

  • Btw ur guitar I'm pretty sure is a half step lower than standard jus so u no but good vid dude sweet guitar

  • realy helpfull thanks

  • good vid bro

  • dude u ROCK...this is the first video of any song on youtube that showed the whole song...thank you!

  • this helped out ALOT!

  • Good job, mate. You've made it easy to grasp

  • hay nice guitar and thanks. now i can finaly play this song. all the other people that try to teach you how to play it can't even play it them self

  • deans are awesome.

    i have a dean ml x (dimebag)

    best guitars ever right there.

  • dang man your awesome.. what kind of amp are you playing on?

  • you know i sometimes wonder why would someone watch this kind of video if they cant even play, maybe just to make a dumb comment and feel good about themselves?

  • hey bro great job very helpful and like the other guy said dont listen to the assholes below and only thing the tunings called drop D just trying to help great job though

  • You're holding your guitar wrong.

It looks like a flying V, which is meant to sit in between your legs.

  • @cheesey04 lolz you can hold it all sorts of ways

  • how do you drop tune?

  • @saam289 in drop d, just tune the low e to a d

  • He's using a v x and I noticed u were having trouble keeping the guitar upright when I play my v I put my leg in the v part and keep workin on those solos lol but great video

  • Your not bad, not bad at all.

    But on the solo its

    B 12 - - 12 - 12 - - 0

    G 14b -14b - 14b - 12

Play that part 3 times then

    E 12 - - 12 - 12 - 12

    B 14b - 14b - 14b - 12

    Then play this once

The second solo is the same but you just drag the solo out a bit more. Hope this help everyone out. And over all it was a good lesson.

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! XD

  • ppl talking shit, idk why ppl r bitchen about this video atleasst he made one.

  • Your a genius! Thanks for uploading this! :D

  • the tuning is a half step down on all strings and the begining is a harmonic

  • @bigmudge54

what harmonic in electric guitar is ?

does it use for the solo ?

    it's an effect right ?

  • dude is that a dean baby v? or what guitar are you using?

  • yey man they talk shit. thx for the lesson! great song :)

  • don't listen 2 these arseholes great tutorial dude

  • sorry man, but that was pretty bad. you should have your lessons rehearsed before you try telling people, that way you don't sound like an ass when you mumble" this fret and that fret." the frets are numbered and noted.

  • @rentmead

why dont you upload a video in which you play better than him :)

  • Dude, just stop it! Don't dop anymore. Your just confusing people!

  • hey nice job and thanks!
