but i am a fan and i do watch the show, i know who they are all now i'm just saying most shows identify the characters with the actor so you instantly know after the pilot or whatever who is who.

i think there should be a main title sequence like that but honestly i think it could be made much better then that, the actors name should be identified with the characters so you just know who everyone is

I think I like this one better, since it just gives more time for the characters and moves around the Hospital, but it would have been better if the changing and camera was a little smoother.

This is a much better opening. The Janitor is there, everyone is named and accounted for, and the X-ray is the right way round. And the song sounds better too. What's not to like?
