his sample was positive for a diuretic called hydrochlorothiazide, a substance with no benefits in itself other than as treatment for hypertension.

no traces of any other forbidden substance were found in canas sample, and the medicament (for a sore throat) was prescribed by ATP doctors Mercader and Chinchila during the Acapulco open.

He lost almost 3 years and US$276,070 in prizes.

A Federer le paso lo mismo contra Djokovic en el Master 1000 de Montreal. Perdió sendos partidos 7-6 2-6 7-6 pero jugó muy bien en los dos encuentros. Lo que pasa es que sufrió un pequeño bajón mental en los 2 tie breaks, lo que propició las derrotas contra Cañas y Nole.

I think you're wrong. I play D1 Tennis and your arguement of saying the follow through and nature of the swing is fluid is not good enough to say it was a clean hit. As you know the majority of semi-pro and professional Tennis players have a good technique and when they do mistime the ball the technique is EXACTLY the same when hitting a clean shot; the key difference is the timing. Fed is very capable of hitting such a shot, but there it seemed off-time, by the noise and his head positioning.

That wasnt manipulating any kind of shot, he tried to hit a topspin backhand to Canas weaker side (a tactic he used throughout this match with agression), but mistimed it but fortunately for him, landed at quite a favourable position to finish the point in different ways; in his case a very good side-slice dropshot
