  • muy bueno!

  • This is the only art you'd ever need or want to learn to defend yourself and your loved ones or to help the weak in times of need. I've trained Wing Tsung, along with dozens of other arts in my lifetime and this is BY FAR the most street tactical. Swift was my Sifu in this art =)

  • i agree wen it comes to street fighting, wing chun is bye far one of the best fighting styles.

  • i have been doing kickboxing for quite some time and would like to probably learn something like wing chung kung fu. Would expand my skills and seems more lethal.

  • excelente

  • i am soo doing wing chong im starting in 30 mins

  • Genial !

  • Dudes and dudeths I am so gonna learn wing chung

  • It's a demo showing how to deal with an initial attack. ie when a guy wants to hurt you he'd give it his all to punch you, that's when you'd react followed by a chain of WC moves to take him out, that's the beauty of WC. It's more street-like demo, but it'd be totally different if two practitioners of any forms fight, they'd be more guarded if you know what i mean, more like sparrings.

    Very nice demo btw.

  • thing is though how much of a fight is someone whose just taken a volley of punches to the face actualy be able to put up?

  • Wow! I wish I could see that all again in slow motion.

  • nut grab jutsu 1:05

  • this was hot

  • LOL @ 1:07 XD OUCH

  • i can only say that this is a real wing chun master!!!

  • cool...i see a lot of the same princples in my own art.... gives me ideas!

    thank you!

  • i actually love his face at 0:59 :P aweshome<3

  • hes very good

  • this is what bruce lee did

  • Well, actually no...

what he did was Jeet Kune Do, which is a fighting style he developed himself, but yeah, the core of the style lies in the striking techniques of Wing Chun but he put more "freedom" to it, he made Wing Chun into more of a free form, by including techniques from boxing and fencing.

Because he thought that Wing Chun has too many "rules" to work in life fighting. He used flowing footwork instead of stances (that u have in Wing Chun)

    Peace

  • Well no actually everything that he does is pure Wing Chun and he can explain it all from the forms.

  • well.actually majority of his stand up was based on wing chun,n that was the 1st martial arts he mastered.jkd punches r also based on wing chun

  • Ip Man is the greatest Wing Chun master

  • rather was

  • This guy is great

  • time sped up?

  • Haha, Im usually always criticising martial art demos or techniques..but this was actually fun to watch...

    Your a champ

  • WOW what is this guys name!??!?!

  • This guys is brutal, best demo video up in here....

    Wing Chun forever!

  • ...never go for a take down against wing chun

  • Would this bloke be too much for Gary Lam?

  • wing chun is no nonense....... i need to go back to tht club i went to i know the basic but feel guilty going back

  • thats hows its done... good video... speed, accurate punches n kicks....

  • very good.

  • your better then the other guy hahah please sir can you back up:)

  • rofl at 1:07 he grabs his balls : S

    wierd kent ~

  • what's with all the thumbs downs?

  • I also have to agree that he is quite good.

Especially because he doesn´t look like being so fast. I didn´t hear of him before but I will remember this line of Wing Tsun as a good one.

  • Wow. That looked Weird! Super Fast! Wing Chun Rules!!

  • i'd like to see him in a real fight!

  • who ever keep on giving thumbs down to every coment is gay

  • what is with this minus four star bullshit? .. someone obviously jealous.. great video anyway!

  • Why does this look so much like Krav Maga? Is that because Krav Maga has its roots in Kung Fu or what?

  • Krav Maga took the simultaneous attack and defense concept from Wing Chun, I've read it someplace..

  • There are similarities with Wing Chun but Krav Maga techniques supposedly come from the German Wehrmacht.

Bah, in the end all styles are similar! ;)

  • nice work thank you

  • thats fast, well done.

shame so many demos have students who never throw a real punch though, Sifu's have that title for a reason, no matter how hard the student tries he will not hurt the master so he may as well really go for that first punch.

    hakuna matata.

  • this dude is the truth. well done, well done.

  • Wow! some explosive action here..

    good work!!!10 stars!

  • moves well 4 a big guy....well done steve

  • wow Bruce lee wing chun is amazing. Your also very good.

  • very nice !!!

  • thnk you 4 the demo ive studdied for about 8 years now and this was very good thank you again

  • top shelf. 5 stars

  • Very nice, I'm impressed.. Swift by name... etc :)

  • i don't understand this fighting, it doesn't look like theyre actually hitting each other. do they purposely stop really close to emphasize control or what?

  • yes they do and that's a good training too controll your hits, and if you can see steve has really powerfull hits if he punch on of them they will get knock out :) i train kempo karate for some year we did the same,

  • What you mean hitting each other, it's a demo dummy..

  • Wow! I don't think I have ever seen the practical or applied aspect of Wing Chun. I've only seen the lone practitioner on the wooden Wing chun dummy. I've studied a couple of different styles my main is WuShu but I've gotten older and I don't have fast kicks I once had but still have the fast hands and this system looks to be very beneficial the my style of fighting. Much respect to "GrandMasters of WingChun"

  • He's nasty. Wing chun is very direct and with proper training hard to beat. Well done sir.

  • looks very direct always everything is followed with the next nearest weapon i like that. the stance at 0:15, that's not wing chun is it?

  • Well, no it isn't, but everybody falls in to more natural stance, especially under combat situations. He certainly is good, and is very quick to attack with the nearest weapon to the head.

  • I was fortunate enough to train with Grandmaster Steve Lee Swift for a brief period of time - back at the old kwoon on MLK in Tampa. I would LOVE to train with him again. His Wing Chun is FIRST RATE!

  • looks like a great art to learn especially since it makes you so fast. and uses the chi in your body to make you stronger that really gives you a edge over anyone you fight who is not trained in the arts of chi i saw one art were people used chi to make parts of there body's stronger so they could servive being hit by 4 people in the neck or in the genitals or in other places they also servived being draged by the neck in a noose, they inhaled deep before getting hit whats that called?

  • Lovin' 1:26 where you apply a claw strike to you opponent's groin, ever so tenderly.

  • why is this 4/5? THIS SHOULD GET 10/5!

  • Great presentations! Best street fighting applications I've seen so far. Who is this Grandmaster? Who bestowed him this title? What's his style of wing chun? Somewhat similar to Cheung's style. Where do you buy this DVD?

  • ip chun, directly from the familly tree as it seems.

  • Also trained under Sigung Wong shun leung

we observe the direct no nonsense approach to Combat : -)

  • Awesome!

  • that's the best shit i've seen yet!

  • awesome speed and close range techniques! vicious and brutal, just like it should be!!!

  • Loving the chain punches, elbows, eye strikes, joints, and knees. Its beautiful control this guy has too. I train in wing chun too. I'm still in the defensive stage and will start learning real offense soon!

  • im a wingchunger respect fore al grandmasters
