Piers Morgan has a very short memory , wasn't he sacked for inventing stories about British troops torturing Iraqi's ? I also saw Piers at an awards ceremony for troops and he was standing there grinning away next to people who had won medals for bravery , yet he didn't feel one bit awkward about the libelous tripe he concocted there by putting troops in greater danger . I'd quite happily bludgeon Piers Morgan to death, but he was the only newspaper editor prior to and during the war who actually opposed it vocally. Even The Guardian/Observer published pro-war editorials.
