He actually speaks this Southern Austrian dialect (Styrian) - I am an Austrian, but not everybody has such a hard rural accent, by the way, most of the Austrians speak actually better English as Arnold - their pronunciation is better. Even we in Austria laugh about his English.

I speak english and german is my second language. And, I figured this out many years ago. His accent is the same in english and german. He has a weird accent in english, but in german it sounds the same. It's a little off.

lol.. i am mmimicking Arnold's accent which is from teh south of Austria (Styria)...they mumble pretty well... and sound of course different than north germans (prussian dialect)... years of dreaming teh californian dream added the arnold touch also to his german already accent... so it's getting wild. both arnold's english and german are kind of in the "middle" somewhere out there :))))
