The Fallen was a superfluous waste of pixels and script lines___his inclusion diminished Meg's grandeur and genius just by being there. I'm glad he didn't last longer than the 2nd movie.

Then again if you count hyper nerdy retcons which I can't get into here, The Fallen's like his uncle or something.

@BOMustang Because Megatron is still the "brother" Prime once knew and he wasn't always evil. Prime almost always tries to help his enemies see the error of his ways. As for the Fallen (Megatronus), he's the birth-giver of the Decepticons and sometimes unfortunately, there are cases that are beyond repair.
