Let me clarify and take back how you interpreted my words. I fell in love with One Direction way before I ever saw a picture of them. Their faces merely made me love them even more. I like both versions of the song pretty much equally, but I would much rather have a group of hot teenage boys sing it to me than Kelly Clarkson. Understand? Sorry if I pissed you off. It's totally fine to like one version more than the other but I'd just like to point out that if Kelly had written this for herself the quality would be a lot better! Demos aren't normally the best of quality and are written with other artists in mind; it's just a taste so the artists know what to expect. I prefer this version but again it's fine to like whichever one you want! :)

To be totally honest, One Direction kind of did it better. In this specific song, their voices were just a tad bit stronger, and had more edge, and the fact that a few people were singing different parts gave it more variety and made the song more fun to listen to.
