the country is called Britain. Please get it right, people in Britain who aren't English (such as my self) find it offensive when people refer to the whole country as England. England is one country within Britain. All the other ones have different languages (with English as a common one), religions, education, laws, and Scotland even has a slightly different version of the pound.
