The thing I hate about this game is the mechanic in which you have to pick the invaders up and drop them.... It's similar to the mechanic in Plants Vs Zombies(great game btw) in which you have to collect the sunflower... Annoying mechanic, and the game would be just as fun without it, if not more fun... Focus on the gameplay which at heart is TOWER DEFENCE, not some cheesy mouse clicking frenzy mechanic that gives us all carpal tunnel syndrome.

Can ya believe that this game got a 5.5 at Gamespot like many other WiiWare games like Final Fantasy while Lost Winds is really praised by gamers....

I know that Xbox has better Arcade games (like Doom, Puzzle Quest, Soul Calibur and soon Portal, Banjo Kazooie 64, Galaga Legions and South Park)

This game is o.k. until they send out those invincible catapults that can only be killed with your eraser. Its stupid because they send like 3 catapults at a time and the eraser takes about 30 secs to charge. Overall I would not recommend this game

On the one with multiplayer and the guys coming in extremely fast, they sped up the footage. I know this because I own the game, and when they get exploded, their heads don't go up and down nearly as fast as it shows on this. It still looks crazy, though! I am currently on level 39, and it is just about as hard as this.

I'd like to see Pillage the Village for Wii, it'd be a natural fit. The acceleration of the throws could be measured directly by the acceleratometer, and it'd run smooth!
