Val & Daria are truly exceptional dancers and I could watch them all night long. I can definitely see similarities with Val & his brother, Maks, in some of the movements.
A lot of guys do the head bobbing when they reall feel the music and dance. One notable example would be Maurizio Vescovo. But yes, I agree with you. :)

I love the way he moves. So soulful and fluid. He is such a natural. He move his head just like Maks when he feels the music. Beautiful.
