at 0:13 on the right hand side it's say difficulty up so how when it iwas used it switches to double notes?

@GHTuckerV Player 1 is on Expert. Player 2 isn't. Player 1 got Difficulty Up. Player 2 got Double Notes. Player 2 used Double Notes which has a slight delay before it becomes active after use. Then Player 2 got and used Powerup Steal and stole Difficulty Up and then used that. (Which does nothing to an Expert player.) At the time Player 2 used Difficulty Up the Double Notes from the Double Notes power-up showed up.
