I wish I knew who shot it... I would relay your message...but as i stated we saw this bird flying around with the arrow so we took a video... it was years ago and the poor bird might be dead or he gnawed that arrow off. local folks say that bird has been around for a long time.

actually a hunter didn't shoot that bird. A poacher did, because its illegal to shoot that kind of a bird. There is a huge difference between a poacher and a hunter. I am a hunter.

No ya I agree. I am pretty sure that hawks are on the endangered species list (or at least a few subspecies) Nobody should be shooting birds like that. If an animal has a hunting season than thats cool, I am a hunter. I follow all of the rules. I have NO respect for poachers.
