If you want a cheaper price for a ps3, you can get used at gamestop or buy it on ebay. I actually would have saved a lot of money on my ps3 if I just brought it on ebay but I ended up buying it gamestop for around around 229 dollars I believe because it was used.

It's quite obvious that Trico will die, but you never know. I would guess it too, likely that the title is reference to Trico, but maybe the story displays that when Trico dies, the boy must grow up, face the problems on his own, and become the Last Guardian. This is storytelling 101. Team Ico somewhat touched on this in Shadow of the Colossus when we thought the horse died.

it would be a twist if the tragic ending (and we all know it's coming) is that the boy dies saving Trico.

The boy is the last guardian not Trico.

The final coda could be a giant and ancient Trico protecting his grandchildren from hordes of humans remembering that not all of them are monsters.

The ending is Trico has to escape the falling temple with the boy on its back while Trico jumps across the broken bridge and grabs the ledge, as the kid falls and grabs the tale while Trico is holding on, the boy climbs to Tricos head and runs off onto the other side of the broken bridge... then the rocks break and Trico falls into the river below covered by massive rocks and boulders. never to be seen again. Sad enough for ya?

People don't understand. The reason why the character has bright looking skin in the final version is because it's the art design, also the same affect appeared in the previous games (ICO< Shadow of the Colossus).

Don't assume I haven't played the games because the brightness is notched up way beyond what they did in Ico and Shadow, and it's just at times I'm sure, and I'm going to play the games because I consider Team Ico to be one of the few developers aside Irrational, Valve, and Bioware that get art in videogames done right.

I don't like how they have removed all colour. I didn't complain about the lack of colour in Shadow of the Colossus, because the PS2 had problems with texture memory and so I assumed that was the reason. Besides, it was part of the storytelling(paler hero, desert landscape).

This time I expected far more colour though. And still they have sucked all the colour out of it. I still expect The Last Guardian to be a revelation like the past two games were, but now it'll be a revelation in...gray.
