Yes, well I am cooking for teenaged kids that, in the end, don't really care one way or the other what I do as long as the food tastes good. If it were for an adult contingency, it would be totally different. Anyway, I was having fun with it. I'm not working for a fancy restaurant, this is my home!

Also, I would like to point out that the finger with the black nail, that I have revisited this video and saw what you are looking at, is, actually, a smashed fingernail. I encountered a snafu at work - it's not dirty, it's smashed and bloodied inside. I suppose that will gross you out even more : )

my club sandwich....turkey, cheese, omelette, ham or bacon, lettuce and tomatoes......toasted bread and a thousand island dressing....cut diagonally and stick with toothpick to hold pieces together

I guess a "real" club is made with turkey or chicken, I've always put ham on mine. Interesting. I've found a few recipes with eggs on it as well.  Most of them DO have tomatoes on it, though.

@TrooperRat It was just a plain ol' BLT, but with egg on the inside of the sandwich itself. It comes with the egg in the sandwich already.

@TrooperRat  The only time I have ever seen egg on a club sandwich/blt was when i was in PARIS, FRANCE. I ordered a BLT and I got egg on it.. I'm not too fond of egg.. I asked for a BLT not a BELT!

To each his own - I love lettuce and I the bacon is cooked to perfection - my version of it anyway, I don't like undercooked bacon. Defintely have to have tomatoes!
