Hmm! Those heart-shaped patties would be a nice idea for St Valentine's Day. They could even be served with edible heart-shaped violet leaves, instead of lettuce. Yes, violet leaves and flowers are edible.(NOT African violets, though!!!) Thanks for putting up your great cooking videos!
Thank you dear i have never seen such a prompt response, u r the best and i only found ur youtube channel yesterday and cant stop watchig one by one :) keep it up and thanx for reply
I never have much success with frying anything with breadcrumbs so thank you for flour and suji tip. The heart shape cutlets look so cute I wish I had a little girl now.
If you are not good at breadcrumb, please watch my recent video of cutlets, very simple and easy, quick...you will sure love for rest of your life...enjoy!
@ Bhavna If we add soya chunks along with all veges and poha will they stick together?Just thought as it will add some protein to it making it a complete meal.
Yes, I always try to use beet in many ways. Poha is beaten rice and Khas Khas is poppy seeds. These two ingredients easily available at any Indian grocers. And if you wish, you omit them and still you can make great cutlets. Enjoy!
It's PRESTO brand griddle. I use it often to toast my bread for sandwich and make kind of grill sandwich. I also make Indian dishes such as Dosas, Bhakri, thepla and many more. I use rawa for deep frying so that it doesn't hold oil. As I said in video that usually bread crumbs are used but bread crumbs absorb lot of oil and doesn't drain out oil completely. Still questions feel free to ask. Thanx
hi bhavna...thanx a ton for ur awesome recipes...can u please tell me how to clean indian black tawa used for making rotis??...its burnt very badly from all the sides...plzzz help...thanx in advance.
Hi you are right. Organce ketchup is indeed vegetarian. I read today on my ketchup and I didn't find anything wrong with it. But yes, honestly I don't like taste of ketchup much but once in a while, I eat it. I usually use hot and sour sauce for my sandwich even or use homemade tomato chutney. Thanx everybody for sharing.
Yeah, I looked it up and it seems to be a rumor but better safe than sorry, especially with so many alternatives available, will inform my bf who is Jain.

May I also suggest, green onions as substitute, and a touch of Asafoetida (Hing) for added flavor.
