If you look at the DLZ, you can see that at some moments the bandit is even in the range of the radar(heet seeking in this case) of the missile. If you have a radar lock and it's also in range of the radar of the missile, it means in real life: KILL. No chaff/flare or manouvre will save your ass.

Two great air forces battle it out. I have seen both the Greek vs Turkey dogfight and now the Turkey vs Greek dog fight. Both sides win without killing each other. A true test of peace and understanding with both showing professionalism.

october 2008, Hellenic Air Force participated at the USAF's Red Flag exercise with excellent performance. Hellenic Air Force sent her F-16s Block 52+ of the 343 Squadron "Star". The results were impressive.[19] Greek pilots achieved in total 18 "kills" against USAF Aggressors while suffering only 3 losses in air-to-air combats, during a mission of protecting a HVAA target with 4 aircraft against 12 USAF Aggressors fighters.
