Blackwater is a private security firm, which means anyone can hire them, with the right price that is. So if someone hires them to protect groceries, then then do so.

You don't understand. The United States does not send US ARMY Rangers or Special Forces to protect a convoy delivering to food to a HOTEL... That is not in their job description. Its the hotel's responsibility to hire someone to do it. Maybe you just don't see the big picture. It all costs money, and the US Armed Services are not erron boys. They fight Wars. Contractors deliver groceries.
