  • @xraycat30 i would say so but then you have the final fantasy openings like FF13...

  • thank you very much!

  • this vid is great but hard for beginners love this song and the game :) great job ;)

  • This was sooo amazing! I knew the notes, but I just couldn't get them together right! Thanks so much, it was beautiful!(:

  • I heart mute pianists haha.

  • How many agree with me that this song has to be the most gorgeous piece of music ever to start a video-game?

  • @xraycat30 This is the most awesome and beautiful music to start anything. Any scene that wants to touch your feelings need to have this piece of pure beauty. Nuff said.

  • Best tutorial, hands down. I learned this in two days, :D

  • Do you think a sustaining pedal is required to make this song sound good?

  • @shadows124 yea. I'd say so, the intro thingy would suck witchout. But since u got a keyboard with a bunch of other cool sounds (at least hope that) you can try find some half-sustining sound that fits the song.

  • @jimbookiller You should do more videos. It's too bad you stopped.

  • @shadows124 yea, I agree. I haven't stoped playing so I got a bunch of songs waiting for me. Just need more motivation.. :/

  • now try kyle landry's version :P

  • Amazing!! You have very smooth fingers moving so confidently on the piano keyboard ;D

I'd like to see Zelda OOT ending theme tutorial too. :)

  • @Ma6ro0osha thanks bro! we'll see about that ^^

  • Best tutorial for this that ive seen. I love the attempts 7 year olds make at trying to make a tutorial. Thanks for making this video worthwhile ^_^

  • I go to herbalcell too! :D

  • Really beautiful... Really really beautiful, i'm speechless. May the triforce be with you !

  • @ProfessorSymphony arigatou :)

  • 7 people don't know the difference between the favourite button and the dislike button!

  • @rgirton at your service!

    Left Hand: 3:52 - 4:36

love this tutorial thank you :)X

  • Such a magical song.

  • i think im on love

  • I've never had any interest of playing the piano, but the way you played this beautiful melody has somewhat changed my perspectives. Very nice!

  • Thanks to you I am now able to play this wonderful piece of music, maybe not as good as you are able to do, but anyway. Thank you very much for your tutorial!

  • @TheOneBro thanks bro :)

  • @TheOneBro keep practicing and you`ll get it right!

  • Thank you for the tutorial! xD

  • you do it slow but its still ok

  • @nahhchill

It's a tutorial, dumbass. He is trying to teach how to play it, not show it off

  • very good tutorial without words i like it. taught myself very fast, your tutorial is solid 5*

  • @shadowknight321 I'm glad I could help (Y)

  • My keyboard is too short to play this and it makes me really sad...

  • 7 people can't ride epona

  • @xguerrax Can you?

  • this...is...beutiful...

  • Every time I play this I feel so warm and happy. Thanks man you made me a better person.

  • this song does has the same effect on me as in twilight princess in Lake Hylia when you stare at the towers of the arbitor's grounds...the feeling of calm...almost like a high...Koji Kondo, the masterful composer of Zelda, i tip my hat to you and bow in your great talent

  • its so awesome how the notes to the first chord spell FADE

  • good tutorial, learned it in half an hour, still have to brush it up though

  • OMFG I just spent 6:36 mins to learn a song, was so fast and great

  • beautiful. thanks!

  • ohhh i want so bad to have a piano 'cause there's no pedal on my keybord...

This may be the most beautiful song on Zelda's games, thank you for teaching it. You must be a very talent pianist ^^

  • @eleanorchanXD thanks mate :)

  • @eleanorchanXD

you can buy a keyboard pedal for like $5 unless your playing on like a $15 keyboard from wal-mart with no outputs.

  • this is very good. but why do pianist feel the need to make their hands all floaty and whispy

  • @DBDMotorsports thanks, fun question ^^

  • @jimbookiller lol i have the same question i believe its just how u feel the music ...lol i feel the music but it my hands move like heavy metal jajaj

  • @DBDMotorsports because us pianists are hand ninjas :D

  • @DBDMotorsports it helps them to feel the emotion so they could play the song better . loll

  • @DBDMotorsports It helps to get into the feeling. Just like a expression or sound you make whenever you feel payne or have a big surprise. Its the same shit for anything, man. Trust me.

  • @DBDMotorsports they become one with the song and piano i guess

  • @DBDMotorsports cuz its epic...

  • @DBDMotorsports It's actually a style of playing. It helps with the progression of scaling and certain chords.

  • It's funny 'cause I think I actually prefer your version to the original one. This is song is by far one of the most beautiful pieces, yet so simple and gentle

  • damn i have keyboard not a piano

  • @MrLolotz thanks :)

  • Solid.

  • TRUE STORY: I walked into my band room, and i heard my band director playing this song! i was like, "HOLY SHIT!!!!"

  • wow! Thnks, it helped a lot

  • Amazing job, I cried.

I wanna learn how to play this.

  • Goddamnit. I'm lacking the right reverb. DX

  • You're very talented. Thank you for teaching me this. :)

  • great song, and you're really talented on the piano dude! keep it up!

  • God the music in this game was so well composed... very nice playing.

  • part 1 right hand 3: 10

  • Starts at 2:07

  • Ugh, my heart melts. I heard this song a lot whenever my N64 wouldn't detect the controller and I had to keep unplugging and plugging it back on.

It was quite soothing in my time of frustration.

  • @loismustdie55 HAHAHAHA

  • AWESOMEEEEEEE

  • This is so beautiful.

  • can you tell me the keys?

  • COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • Thank you so much. I've learned how to play it in one day because of your nicely paced tutorial. I know how to play the Song of Storms, the Song of Healing, the Lost Woods theme, and this song because of the great teachers on YouTube. The Legend of Zelda has the most beautiful sound.

  • memories... wished i could be young again...

  • thank you i can now play the full song only took about 20 min to learn :) you is good teacher :P

  • Brings back memories..

  • Not too fast, not too slow. Great job :) *thumbs up*

  • It's good to see this on a real piano. I have a real piano, too, and I only play music on that piano. :D I've seen too many keyboards being used.

Thanks for the tutorial! I need to find this on my laptop so I can bring it over to the piano and learn better. :D

  • nais very professional made

  • How much did that piano cost?

  • it was free if im not mistaken.. :) we got it from someone who was moving out and i guess it costs to move the piano so we got it. We had it for more then ten years now and haven't tuned it yet. I think its pretty good ^^ They say that u should tune ur piano once every ten years (or something like that).

  • @jimbookiller Thanks man I can do this on a Midi keyboard but I want that lovely real piano sound. This isnt enough lmfao

  • @jimbookiller Simply Wonderful and Once every three months to tune piano's :) depends how often you play, check out my Tomb Raider Theme friend, thanks for this

  • @jimbookiller Thanks for the video! but your piano is slightly out of tune. i'd get it tuned sometime soon

  • @jimbookiller lucky I want a piano but propably will be forced to get a keyboard instead :-(

  • @jimbookiller haha i've had my piano for 15 years and its about sixty years old

i think its gotten tuned twice.

once when it was made, and once recently cause a key broke so we got it tuned.

they say you should tune it every six months but i dont think its nessicary

  • sixty years :O how much did it cost to tune it? hope u didnt u it urself ^^

  • This sounds so good on a real piano not those electronic keyboards! You are so lucky you have a real piano!!! Oh nostalgia

  • @TwilightPrincess841 Yeah man, playing on keyboards is SO FAR AWAY from playing on a real piano. I try to manage myself with Reason :(

  • what size keyboard do you need

  • thank you mate, i just need to practice some more to master the song, thanks again

  • 6 people have no taste in music... this is amazing!! nice work, keep it up

  • dear god...looks easy...but the stretch on the left hand arpeggios is hard!!!

  • Zelda ftw :) I haven't touched my piano in forever and forgot how to play this song ^^;; I learned the song from this video, so i figured i would watch the same video to learn it again :P Thanks for uploading it.

  • epic

  • sounds like the end music of resident evil 2

Zelda and classic RE games my favorite

  • LOOOVE IT!!! x3

And YES! I'm a real Zelda-Fan! Can play all Zelda-songs from ocarina of time and Majora's Mask on piano! ;3

    5* (like) and fav! ^_^

  • thanksa lot! zelda ftw :D:D

  • i cant read sheet music and i really wanna play this can u give me the keys to press (example) a,d,c

  • You don't see which keys I play in the vid?

  • well its kinda hard to with the camera angle... maybe if you had the camera between your legs as you did it :( it would help out alot.

  • @jimbookiller i dont see what keys u push =(

  • when? or u cant see in any of the parts? :(

  • like tony the tiger says ; GRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEAAAAAATTTTT

  • hahaha ^^

  • Good job. You aren't bad, that's for sure. So for how long have you been playing?

  • I'd say about... 3-4 years now perhaps, only for fun though :) Learned from utube ^^

  • @jimbookiller Where from YouTube did you learn? I really want to learn too...

  • learn what? :D

  • @jimbookiller Piano. ^^

  • hehe, well, it wasn't from any special "learn-how-to-play-the-piano" video. I just looked att ppl playing songs like song of storms. I saw how they played the left and right hand and then I played it ^^

  • @jimbookiller Wow. O.o you must be really gifted then

  • Comment removed

  • Amazing!! You make this so easy! Although, being new, this will still be very hard xD THanks! Nice job!!!

  • thanks :D just focus on learning to play the right hand without thinking, and you let all the thinking go to the left hand ^^

  • Thanks for annotations :D

  • anytime :)

  • man ur GREAT

  • no i dont mean you i mean Ceb773 because his mother gave away his n64 games your piano playing is really GOOD

  • haha I know xD I mean, I know that you were talking about ceb's N64 and not my playing

  • Um I can't seem to figure out what notes your pressing and when you are in the left hand its hard to see D: could you add annotations saying what notes you are playing?

  • sure, I'll give it a try ^^

  • which parts?

  • Umm..after the intro 3:50 to 4:34

  • goodgood

  • Thanks! You're awesome!
