I'm from Oakland and I really appreciate owners who want to keep big venue businesses in "the town," especially sports venues because of the tremendous influence they have on the black community of which i am a proud member. Oakland is one of toughest cities to live in, especially for blacks because of extremely low employment and high crimes rates. despite the fact that the warriors haven't seen the playoffs in quite some, it's still positive to have a goodgame of basketball to look forward to.
We could not get the best player in the free agent market. The best way we can improve this team is to trade our overpaid player for young talented player plus future draft pick. The team need to win a lot less to get the best talented player in the draft. We need to play the 3 talented rookies. They will learned for their mistake plus the fans want to see them play. If I'm the owner I will do this. This is not hard to do.
I've been the biggest Monta supporter over the years, but we really need to part ways and trade him. This team isn't working. 4th quarter Monta iso ball is killing us. Time to part ways. SHIP HIM OUT JOE!
this guy is a nerd with zero basketball knowledge whose real concern is his Mandalay business ventures. He DOES NOT have a true passion for winning because all he cares about is the money. As long as you stupid fans keep showing up to the games the more money he makes which give him less incentive to have to change the product on the floor because either way he'll be making bank off your ignorance. FUCK YOU LACOB
@GSWarriors9 Warrior fans always show up to the game to support their team, no matter what happens. That's not going to change. I do wish Larry Ellison would of got the team, because of what Mark Cuban accomplished with the mavs. Go dubs~
its not only the lack of experience, but the lack of depth. everyone always say we have depth this year but seriously this is our second team, nate robinson, klay thompson, brandon rush, dominique mcguire, and ekpe udoh. after that we have charles jenkins, chris wright, earl barron. how many names were on this team last year. 6 thats not consistant.
@crazyylilaj robinson is raw as fuck. klay has potential to be a great 3 point shooter and i see him scoring 20+ a game if he starts driving instead of spotting up. the same for rush, and he also gets rebounds and good defender for us. mcguire is a fucking beast straight up. he is the most underrated defender, if they use him on offense more he'll flourish. udoh's a good defender and last games showed us he has a smooth jump and hook for a big guy known for a defender. they could be first string
@dankchops raw as fuck, really bro, hes energy, and hes and klay are the only offense. and dont use "when he starts" alright what if he never does? then what you cant base things on what if, you base them on what they how is klay gonna 20+ if monta is playing 40 points. mcguire can defend, but lets face it he has no shot, barely a mid range and all he can do is dunk, he is one dimensional. udoh and robinson are the only i can see sneaking their way into
@dankchops starting line but with curry and lee demanding minutes its irrational. if udoh was a bigger presence he would have stole biedrins spot by now but where is he still behind both lee and andris and when kwame was here he played 3rd center.
@crazyylilaj i didnt say they should start im saying they could start and still compete easily. btw i said "if he starts" not "when he starts"..and really? nate and klay the only two offensive players? rush is ranked 2nd best 3 point shooter in the nba. with mcguire i dont see how hes one dimensional with a jumpshot and the ability to score inside.. do you want him to shoot threes or sumthing lol.
anyways we dont need more offense we need more defense. weve always been a good offensive team.
in reality, if you have a bunch of players with huge potential but no vets to mold those players, your prospects will no progress. thats where the warriors are now, only monta, david, dorelle and nate are the only players who have played for more than 4 years. that means we have about 10 players who are "prospects" and who have "potential" its an uneven balance.
I love joes desire for this team to win. even though we aint getting it done at least we have potential and the willingness to get whoever we want with the money we have
Lacob, this aint microchips or software. It's hoops. Stay out the way and let the basketball people do their job.

I want you guys in the playoffs so badd
I love this team so much, we are soooo good and have so much potential
giving up a 22 point lead is unbelievable though, I went to school and got cut on because what happened
We come in strong but we have to leave even stronger.
