Nice! May I suggest replacing the circle on the forehead with something like a "V" pattern. A thick calligraphic looking "V" the trails off somewhat. Consider maybe replacing the light-blue bands on the legs with a similar "V" like pattern too, although it doesn't really need to be I guess. Anyway, the reason I think the circle should be replaced is because Umbreon already uses circles as an err... 'theme'.
