@Heralde8 Thats not my experience of it, my wife was very abusive at one point after the first baby. it was a phase, it was hard, but i didnt give up, and now we are happier then ever. i belive if you end up in a phase like that and doesnt change it then it will stay like that, but if you put your foot down over and over again eventually it will change. hoever i understand this isnt the case for everybody, but when you have kids you need to try everything before divorcing.

And I do agree with trying to make it work before just giving up, but you also have to be realistic about whether it's likely certain things will change. 2)The second woman is definately suffering from some king of hyper thyroid maybe hashimoto's disease. She has all of the classic OCD symptoms of being a control freak. She has a red heat rash on her neck area, her throat looks strained. The crying and modd swings and dramatic behaviour all look like a thyroid problem. My boyfriend is the love of my life. He's gained weight around the waist and lost his figure. He runs and I run with him. I watch what we eat just like him. If he gets tempted by junk food, I'll remind him it's bad or dive in with him. It's not easy losing weight and the last thing I want to do is make him feel worse about his body. I tell I love him. I want to help him. It's possible to be supportive and optimistic and also to find a strategy that works for each couple's goal.

BTW, running is part of it, eating at least 6 meals a day 20 grams of protein and fiber, complex carbs whole grain whole wheat in 4 of those meals before the last 2, 20% or less of calories from fat and weight lifting with the cardio is how you regain figure.
