You can't base your opinion on rankings which are voted on biased opinions. USU beat them this year, and is 5-3 in the last 8 years against Utah. Didn't the U of U complain all football season about rankings, claiming that it should be decided by a game? Well, in basketball it was decided. The U sure did make Utah proud by getting whooped by Texas A&M, go brag about that.
