I can really relate to her. She rose to the occasion to be in survivor mode. I did that and in the process, I ended up loosing respect for my laid back husband. I would dominate and criticize him just like she did Jon. I learned years later (after our marriage started getting in order) that during that time, he also committed adultery, looking for some female consoling. It has been hell, but we have made it right.

this might not be the original plan like maybe the challenge at first was seeking God and not the publicity but they failed to realize. sometimes things happen in life and the choices are to depend on God or depend on yourself only, or money, or any other means to get through struggles. Focusing on God will make you stronger in your faith and maybe even a good testimony for someone else to warn them.

christians experience persecution so other marriages might not experience divorce or whatever for that reason if they arent christian. and happy marriages and even ones divorced could accredit their prosperity and their to themselves and nothing else. the best things about being servent of God though is when you can see the beautiful things that God has given from pains of life instead of just surviving on my own and thats it.

This is a wonderful testimony of God's grace, love and faithfulness through the difficulties and uncertainties of life. I love how Kate shared that it was through these challenging and almost breaking times that they learned more about God's love toward them, His mercy and kindness in contrast from the image she'd developed of Him from her youth of being harsh and hard on people. Thank you for this video.
