  • very impressive video..keep up the good work!

  • Not a debater, so please do not bother responding. I encourage ALL gay people to enjoy being gay. No need to pretend its normal. its not. But, that's OK with me. By your self! People should love and get love the best way they know how. Cheers.

  • Sexuality is not a private matter so long as laws atempt to regulate it.

Anyhow, she's right. HEterosexuals have a lot to leanr from the LGBT community about "coming out" about the ways that they do not fit the perceived idea of what's "normal."

My suspicion is that nobody totaly does.

  • Another Neortic Jewish Lesbian who wants to change the world? Poleez!

If any of your legal rights are violated, contact a lawyer. Otherwise, stop trying to have the NORMAL world adjust to your sexual idendity disorder

Keep your WHATEVER YOU WANNA CALL IT to yourself. Get over it!

  • @forwardmover And why don't you just move on and get over it? If this doesn't interest you, you might consider the fact that it just might be of great interest to a lot of other people with less of a bigoted stance as you do. You sound pretty stuck to me. What have you done to move forward these past few years? Hmm? More clever with your acid personality? Try a little tenderness. It works if you work it.

  • @menderfire9 I live in a big city and know many gay people, well, most of whom are maladjusted and miserable. Unhappily gay. When people trust you, they often share these things. Some gayness is random, but much is caused by people not knowing how to love kids well enough and be good role models. Homosexuality is a spiritual disease. We should tolerate and accept gay people, but also seek to reduce their suffering, as early as possible, possibly with parental education, maybe even licensing.

  • I just *HAD* to read the comments, didn't I?

  • @forwardmover I in fact said in my talk that the core shift happens within.

The option of being publicly open about regular elements that may be judged by others is now something happening more often because of social media. This applies to just about anyone, regardless of sexuality. I'm interested in a world in which we can be ourselves together.

@hellokti someone will always be "offended" at almost anything. This is a way to live that's not based on the impossibility of avoiding that.

  • Is it just me, or is there a segment of culture that seasonally needs something "new" or "cool?". last thing I heard, sexuality was a private thing. Unless you are trying to promote the gay agenda. The #1 problem is that this neurotic stereotype comes from a culture that relies much on shame to improve it self, while, frankly, being gay is still an aberration. I say her healing has to be an inside job

  • @forwardmover 3:34 "if we internally accept ourselves." This is an excerpt of a talk about coming out as a model for the social web for all, not about gayness specifically.

  • "coming out" is often also a privilege that not everyone can afford though - so some people will respond as if they are being "offended" whether it's about someone asserting their sexual orientation, gender, class, race, etc.
