I'm a out going teen and all and down to do stuff and this makes me feel good inside and out and feel great and wat would this do for me if I keep doing this
Hi Melissa, I appreciate how you bring the practice of Yoga with clear and simple directions and with human and fun explanations, and I like how you mix the positions, the intentions and the stories of Indian culture. It is very useful to learn what you have learned, and to see you live the practice and to receive your commentaries, as if we were with you and as if we were progressing with you...;-)...
