This is obviously from some movie and is a scripted bit of film. The actor on the TV in the background I believe is Pat Morita and the fellow Merv calls zipperhead is another fairly famous actor that I have seen in many films.

Well Hitler actually wrote a book about Jews, talking about them as if they were murderers and diseases. I read a few excerpts from it in my high school world history class... But it's speculated that he said these things because he was mentally ill. However, there was quite a bit of anti-semetic propaganda in Germany during WWII, full of hideous cartoon portrayals of Jews.

I think it was Mein Kampf? I denno dude, high school was so long ago. In all fairness though, I misspoke when I said he wrote it "about" Jews - he wrote a book regarding many differnt things, and throughout, made many anti-semetic comments in it. But some of the passages I read in high school were extensive in hate toward Jews.
