  • the head scratching isn't meant to disrespect Daigo. It is merely a reenactment of what Daigo did LIVE during Evo 2004. Its NBD for Daigo

  • I find it funny though this guy could never do this in a tournament atmosphere hell this guy won't even show his face on camera that yawn made me laugh cause you act like it wasn't a big deal. fucking prick.

  • @mapleleafs294 he states that he was scratching his head in the description, lol calm down. He also said hes going to evo 2012 so we'll all see if hes actually good and not just a combo machine

  • @mapleleafs294 Why are you so mad man calm the hell down. Desk isn't one to talk shit about anyone or say he could beat anyone, its just a fucking game. You're mad at a guy who shows off combos and for parrying with one hand while yawning? & he's a prick because he akes it look easy?

  • im confused they said justin wong is the one that did this.

  • @forbiddenXsanctuary He did the super that got parried alright...

  • i approve this message. LIKED # 751. :D

  • Thats amazing to see this while i cant do ultra with an arcade stick.... its really hard to get used to D=

  • im afraid of desk

  • that's incredible o_O

  • Hm, somehow comforting to see that even daigo does the first parry input before the super.

  • Yo Kid, that was Mad Ill!! Don't worry about people who're hatin' on you because that can't do it with 2 hands LMBO!! Let the haters become your foot-stool and keep doing what you do best young buck :)

  • Daigo favorited this

  • Rare footage of desk actually yawning

  • Yep...you know what, just...just fuck it. There's no point of existence after what I saw..

  • I'd like this guy to try this against Justin Wong (or Daigo) facing against another characters' super that he doesn't know is coming :)

  • It could be real but it looks fake. He could have set his buttons on the close side of his hands, but it looks as if he never made a SRK and Super motion. So I'm leaning towards fake.

  • @XiongMMA You must be new to the fighting game community if you think desk made a fake video.

  • @XiongMMA you don't know desk,, do you??

  • Now you try do it in a online match......

  • @superdrecord Have u not watched Daigo vs Justin wong!?

  • i thought desk was yawning while performing this lolol

  • fake

  • FAKE???

  • bastard

  • Nice

  • YOO SOMEBODY'S GOTTA SHOW THIS TO DAIGO.LOL

  • @ps123fan

He wouldn't care its not like its the first time someone parried chuns super arts. It was all about the tournament situation not the difficulty in doing it.

  • 50 cunts saw this

  • @binh25121985 Ultra?

    lol

  • @binh25121985 I'm sorry. You must have Desk confused with someone who ISN'T a god.

  • @binh25121985 : do a favor to the world -> KILLYOURSELF :)

  • @binh25121985 lmao man you suck so hard

  • @binh25121985 Daigo fanboy detected.

  • this guy is an Oro wannabe...

  • Hayao did it better than daigo.

  • GODLIKE

  • I don't wanna know how he'll fight if he used two hands O_O

  • so? is this a worldwide tournament? facing jwong? duh? >:D

  • I would be impressed if the game wasn't out for over 10 years, shit if anyone can't do that trial, well then you shouldn't be playing the game online

  • 0:05 - 0:07 Yawn.....

  • FAKE

  • @BlazBlueSUCKS Fake? Do you even know who Desk is, son?....

  • lol, bare yawning as if it's nothing

  • Damn i need to get a arcade stick. Xbox360 controllers make some of the more expert moves hard to pull off.(Not impossible)

  • Like a BOSS!!!

  • whoaaaaaaa.... Mr. One Handed Big Shot!, Look at You all Boss lol

  • udner ur conditions its incredible easy to do it .

    im just sayin ....

  • I like how you were yawning in the beginning of it....you cocky bastard. :D

  • holy shit.....

  • WHO THE FUCK GIVES A SHIT IF YOU CAN DO IT HERE. ITS ALL ABOUT DOING IT IN A REAL GAME.

  • @ssjrapeyou you seem upset

  • Can you please explain to me how to parry? I have a hard time trying it.

  • I'm not saying that im better than desk, but I dont get y ppl r so amazed that he did it with one hand. U wouldn't really do it with 2 hands

  • The only time i've ever managed to disable bg music on this game is to turn on music on my xbox then pause it. It shuts off the ingame music still.

  • stylin'

  • wow, i didn't that #37 was so famous that capcom put it as a trial in the game! actually, i expected that :)

  • @djaward the same thing happens but chunli has full health bar

  • this vid could be fake.

  • Excuse the ignorance but isnt this video from

    "EVO Moment #37 - Daigo(Ken) defeats Justin(Chun-li)"

  • @djaward

No, this is one of the trials for third strike online.

  • one hand, this guys a 3rd strike god

  • Yeah I don't think I am ever going to be able to do that trial, let alone do it with one hand.

  • @RisingSun2007 dude, I believe in you. when I first got SFAC that was the first thing I tried.

  • @Itsnameisgundam I actually tried this last night, and I only managed to counter the first hit.

  • Hey desk ur 8 bit is music is very cool :) and nice video

  • i want that chun li arcade stick controller :o

  • You should be banned from playing all street fighter games lol

  • Did he actually yawn when doing this?........

  • the day i brought 3rd strike my ps3 got ylod

  • @sora3960 damn dude...that must suck so hard

  • That's how he beat Justin at EVO.

  • ..........wow. (-_-) Nice shirt btw

  • you fucker!

  • I hate your awesomeness desk it makes me not want to even bother trying, still at least you're not a dick trolling people online on a regular basis

  • Comment removed

  • Just legendary.

  • I want to see Daigo vs Desk...wait that might explode their videogame systems.

  • JESUS GODDAMN CHRIST DESK JUST OUT-DESKED HIMSELF

  • After countless tries I've finally managed to actually parry all of it while in training. Trying to follow this up with a combo is going to be a whole 'nother level. Goddamn you Daigo.

By the way, I noticed something, when I parried this with Makoto in training, I had to do 17 parries (8, 8, 1) and in this it's only 15 parries (7, 7, 1). Anyone know why that might be?

  • @xBMxSage

I think it's due to the fact Ken's parry (and a few other character's) causes him to move backwards on each successful parry. It means that he's already out of range for a single kick so he only has to do 7,7,1. Makoto's parry doesn't and thus she has to parry all the hits.

  • FAKE!

  • Wong time wong place.

  • That yawn of uninterest at how easy this was for you only reminds just how sub bar my execution is not just compared to you, but in general. T_T

  • I am typing this with one hand.

  • ...... this makes me feel even more horriable at sf then i already am

  • LMAO @ the "Let's Go Justin!!!" in Japanese.

  • playing with one hand hahaha bosss

  • actually the first gets parried without your hand even touching the stick. hm?

  • @CoregBlue Actually you have to parry the first hit of the super just before super freeze, and he does. Get some knowledge!

  • @roojames

some knowledge? i have done this parry trial to, with 2 hands of course but i´ve done it and i don´t remember blocking it that late. could be wrong too but meh..

  • -runs in-

    *cough*FAAAAAAAAKE*cough*

    -runs out-

  • I have a question for " desk" does he play on tournaments?? I would really like to see him doing this one handed combo with pure pressure , not that im jelous or anything just saying that yawning wasn't necessary , showing off with one hand was pretty enough

  • @dizi13 He was scratching his head, jeeze.

  • I mean. desk is obviously a execution god. but doesn't parrying already take only one hand? the only really desk exclusive part is the ending. but that's not even that ridiculous to be honest.

  • although with practice this can be achievable, doing it with one hand is just a slap on the face to those who cant pull it off lol.

but i have serious challenge for Desk if hes willing. 4 Chariot Tackles (without using EX) off of Cr.Fierce, by Urien. it can be done of a corner to make it easy (and the only way possible probably), but the juggle MUST start from a Cr. Fierce. no AA Metallic Sphere, no st. strong>EX HeadButt...must be Cr. Fierce.

  • i think if anything this suggests desk literally masturbates to himself playing fighting games

  • Wait a minute this is actually one of the trials?! WTF?

  • hey desk you should do a tutorial on parrying i know you could do it smoothly

  • 0:05 - He's yawning. He's pulling off the parry I sat for an hour and couldn't manage, with one hand, and he's yawning.

Desk, I think I may have to start worshipping you as my new god.

  • Why must you mock meeeeeeeeeee

  • Does anyone know if it's possible to turn off the background music in the PS3 version of this game? I'm desperate, please PM me if you know how to do it.

  • @biffotasty Hmm... Try getting a "studio" version of John Cage's 4:33 and put it on repeat? :)

  • @ThePhantomnaut Annoyingly, you can't use custom soundtracks :(

  • @biffotasty so burn yourself a CD and turn off the music/

  • @biffotasty And this is when you go and get an xbox360 =) just sayin'....

  • @biffotasty As far as I know you can only change the music by buying the soundtracks in the vault, then pressing square to assign it to the menu.

  • @biffotasty during game play hit the "PS" button on the center of controller go to music and whatever music you have on your hard drive just click on to play it if the game allows for custom soundtrack you can do it works for tekken 6 SSF4 AE and a bunch of other titles.

  • @biffotasty It's easily enough possible on 360, but as far as I can tell, you're out of luck on the PS3 version.

  • O_O......

  • Finally got the parry right for the 1st time! Now to finish the rest of the trial without messing up lol smh...

  • Damn Desk. If only I can do the combos after the parrys one handed. :(

  • @TrueGunnerShadow1 If only I could do the combo lol

  • I like the one where you had to parry Oro's special.Took me a while to find out that you can't parry that slow.

  • Fake and gay

  • I havnt seen a "Chuck Norris" comment in a while...so I will do one better

    Ahem:

Terry Crews can do that with his Abs

  • What sorcery is this?

    How is this even possible?

  • Wait was he yawning?

  • @Judgementxxx u know nothing about desk

  • @Judgementxxx You can input the parry right before the super freeze

  • @Judgementxxx What do you think that first tap was for right as the special started?

  • I already break down on Dudley´s super

  • Rare footage of Desk yawning.

  • How fast should I parry after the first?

  • Like a boss!

  • HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CARPAL TUNNEL!

  • Why isn't your controller plugged in ;-;?

  • I love how his achievement is a trail in the OE edition with everything intact(white chunli and ken in new york subway stage)

  • @PoppinJBug,

     @PoppinJbug,

I don't know if I can. The most that I have blocked is up to 4 times, then I mess up. But I dont produce music but that's a good way of looking at it so I'll keep going back and hopefully I'll get it.

  • Now try it with a controller (PS3/XBOX360) Desk.

  • @onyxknight008 why would he revert to being a pad scrub?

  • @ThouShallParry To prove his "Skills"..If he and others who fights with Arcade sticks are "Pros".Why not prove their talents and skills with an handicapp device like a PS3/XBOX360 pad.A true Master or Expert doesn't have flaws or mistakes.Any type of fighting control device the master can excel.

  • @onyxknight008 You are literally too stupid to insult.

  • @onyxknight008 Im sure they have at one point in their lives. Hell I still use a handicap i.e. pad but Ive mastered all there is to know about the game so my last and final step given I had a job and money would be to buy a stick so I have NOTHING holding me back. But theres a concept called play to win, some abuse it and take it the wrong way i.e. lets just pick high tier/shoto to win, thats just being a tier scrub. A REAL handicap is to pick a Low Tier char. like I main Alex whose 14th place.

  • @onyxknight008 this is the dumbest fucking thing I have ever read. -__-

  • @onyxknight008 There is NO advantage to stick!

  • @EddyVitkauskasXband Tell that to Top-Tier Arcade Champions.I know first hand there's a huge difference,if you even know how to use Controller-to-a Stick and vice versa.Controllers are smaller, narrow and provides less space/freedom also the button(same),D-Pad are limited can't move without buffing the corners, unlike the Arc-Stick where the space is wide, bold, the buttons are well-placed,easier for excution of moves, and the Stick moves in all directions without buffing.

  • @onyxknight008 It's all about the person man... Can't change my mind on that... I've experimented more than enough. There is nothing I can't do on a pad easier because thats what I came up learning. Check this. Most people think it's bizarre as I use L & R 1 as my jab and short which makes them scratch their heads when I go on a throwing spree

  • @EddyVitkauskasXband That's talent there lol.,I am no Gnome or Troll. That's good.I guess opinions vary on this.I am from the arcades/Stick and Pad usage environment(as well many people and close friends i know personally)We know the stick truly gives advantages.I have big hands...I need a stick to perform better fighting mechanics in fighters. My other point in this vid was to test Desk's skills...if he can perfom this feat on a stick can he match it on a pad.

  • @EddyVitkauskasXband Yeah,I will be looking forward to it.I use all the buttons.(Trial) mode I need to "be creative" lol.

  • @onyxknight008 I too thought of posting a response of me doing it on a pad just to show it's no big deal, however, on the ps3 or 360 if you have only two buttons are available on the left shoulder... need three though

  • @EddyVitkauskasXband

Advantage one: Muscle memory - a large hand movement is more easily learned and repeatedly executed, with less stress, than a small finger motion.

Advantage two: Plinking - its is far easier and more accurate to plink on a stick. Less chance of blisters too.

Advantage three: A single standard - instead of buying a saturn pad (the best) for every system you can mod/build your stick to work with them all.

Pad's advantage: You are used to it already.

    -Pianist and pad user

  • @LavensKraw My comments and the video I made were all fueled by the many comments I'd seen on topics such as the SSF4 trials and SF3OE trials being "easier" to do with a stick, which is complete nonsense... - Former pianist, and pad user☺ Cheers

  • I'm pretty sure that the little hand raise he does right in the middle of it is him yawning.

    "God this is so easy..."

  • No Dan? FAIL

  • with ease!!!

  • Does anyone know if there is a pattern to block the parry? Or do you or would you parry at the same speed each time? I get to 3 parries before losing it

  • @reverendreg you have to do it to a rhythm its a normal 4/4 timing 12345678 for those who dont compose or produce music apart from when you've blocked 7 times and theres a gap its not a 1 bar gap you have to do it slightly faster.....youll get use to it trust

  • reare footage of desk actually angry

  • @highlander5523 reare?

  • @JiraiyaFan

yea its so amazing u have to put another e in it to balance it out lol

  • ok ok we get it your good lol

  • Child's play for you, I see. Stay winning, Desk.

  • It makes me laugh that they actually made evo moment 37 into a Trial lol

  • Was that a yawn at 0:05? God, as if I don't feel bad enough already ;_;

  • Biggest Slap to J Wong's Face

  • はぁ??

  • So, SF3 is all about mastering parrying. If you can master parrying every character moves, basically you win.

  • @calvinfoo Not really since parries like everything else can be baited.

  • @calvinfoo

nope, u cant read every move someone does, and if u just focus on parrying u will get buried quickly

  • @opencasket57 you cant but parrying is essential. Its your ONLY defense in the air for one.

  • @ThouShallParry

of course it is, but u cant just master parrying and expect to win. theres still the same mind games/tactics as the other street fighter games

  • @opencasket57 Correction: Theres MORE mind games in 3rd Strike than the other SF games bcuz theres more you can do. And even if you know about all these OTHER options that are ONLY in 3S...It amounts to SHIT if you cant parry full supers or air parry or red parry. If you knew how to do so then there would be no need to keep losing like scrubs. Ppl CANT approach this game like its SFII/IV/Alpha - It plays completely different and if you do so you will get beasted all day - everyday - like scrubs.

  • @ThouShallParry

the majority of supers, unless pulled off incorrectly are used after a combo or strike which makes most of them impossible to block or parry. Of course not knowing how to parry will see u get beat easily. But im guessing with ur user-name u have seen top level japanese players play and theres only a few parrys that get thrown into the mix. Watch the final of sbo in japan and theres not much to be seen
