@ucantcme762 no, as long as you pay attention. and it is easy to get back there quick. there is an alter right above so use protect melee pray at all times. and i recommend you use a salve amulet (e). look up a guide on how to get one.

Best from 70-99 are tortoises at Three gnome stronghold. The level 92 gives 480 while the other tho at level 79 gives 400. And their defence level is bad, they hit bad but got massive hp..

Use Piety at this and not a prayer, they don't hit high... A bunyip is very usefull because it heals u 2hp every 15s (20 on constitution), if u are low def use a excalibur (extreme)

Theres also another way just like this one, you can beat monkey madness and go to the temple near the jail, put protect from melee on and start killing the monkeys. when you run out of prayer you just go to the alter and recharge.
