They only sold these to big-time Ferrari collectors. For a couple of mil, Ferrari keeps the car safe for you at the factory and supplies a mechanic and support at a couple of tracks every year where you're allowed to drive "your" car.

Like all hypercars, the biggest market is with various royals around the world, especially in the Mideast.  Too bad for the makers that various "Springs" are slowly but surely thinning out the royal herd. All those princes that buy these will someday dry up.
