OMG, that doesn't even look like a pageant dress, non of the dresses she tried on looked like pageant dresses they looked like flower girl dresses for a Wedding. Maybe someone should tell the mom and the god mother that shopping at a Wedding store is not where u find pageant dresses actually the best ones are custom made while I realize some ppl don't have that kind or money or want 2 spend it on a dress, there are cheaper dresses that they make just 4 pageants. That is definitely her hair. My daughter competes in pageants. The one thing that annoys me about the mom and aunt is they keep saying "we win", rather than "you win". That says to me doing the pageant is more for them than it is for the child. When my daughter competes it's all about her and her choice to compete. I never say I hope WE win lol and it's her choice, from hair, make up, to the dress. That's how it should be.
