Funny about the wrap i work at a pharmacy and there have been couple guys come in elbow were way to big for a XL so had to recommond them one of those knee wraps as well.. Any protein bars or any kind of healthy bars that your taking for on the go or meal replacement?
@lovejazzy805 Usually I would just have a protein shake, but my g/f got me a couple of protein bars from costco that aren't too bad, but I need to eat 2 at a time to get what I need out of it.
