Yes, it is 2000, the last year Dodge was not putting any of the 'girly' stuff on it. After 2001, they included ABS breaks and other civilized stuff. People who want a civilized car need to get a Corvette, Viper is supposed to be a rough ride.:-)

SChaconJr, what do you mean we like it rough;having/owning pet lion and Dodge Viper? There is nothing more gentle than our pet lion... And there is nothing more emotionally ROUGH for a true sport car enthusiasts than to see a supposed sport car, your suggestion Chevrolet ZR1, come in automatic transmission....that is ROUGH!...to see 80 year old lady drive in a little red auto Corvette,....ROUGH day ...

REXANOEXOTICS: the ZR1 has a 6-speed "race hardened" manual transmission; a beefed-up six-speed Tremec installed as a transaxle--a true close ratio. A six speed manual is the only transmission choice for the Corvette ZR1, and an automatic transmission is not available. >>BTW, "BB" is awesome. However he's inherently an unpredictable wild beast, and one that shoud be revered. Regardless--I like him plenty! I wish you and yours the best.

When you get maimed tempting fate with a wild animal and have a life long disability then make sure you heal up enough to go back to let them finish the job. A fool and his life will soon part.
As far as your weak observation of people dying in car accidents compared to being killed by exotic cats..think about how many cars and drivers there are compared to how many people own exotic pets..your critical thinking skills are obviously limited and is why your mentality will probably kill you.
