@mpsaris01 This is common with runners. Try going into a kneeling position with your feet pointed behind you. Sit on your feet and apply weight down on your ankles tell u get a good strech
do you need to bend the knee and foot when theleg is coming down to touch the bottom of the pool or going up tp the surface, I am having a swimming unit for High school and i am coming in last in all the drills
I find I don't kick enough..it seems I need to kick more from the video. I think the movement at the feet is critical. Et la fille a une forme superbe !
does the movement start from the feet or the hips, so to speak? I feel if i start from the feet, then the knees stay more flexible, but if i start from the hips/buttock, then the whole leg works more...thanx
You describe it very good. The experts say it should start from the hips. She seems to kick really well but you can't see that the movement starts from her hips. The movement in her hips seems to come only from the body roll. But perhaps this is somehow connected so that the hips cause the body roll or the other way round. I'm a little confused in this point and would also be glad about a tip.
dont use arm, kick only. if u move, u kick it right. have this video vision in mind, the faster u move, the more kicking right u are. or u have someone video tape for u
My ankle simply does not bend like that. Maybe with some practice it will gain flexibility?
