This game, while still not as epic as Rome or Medieval II, comes closer to that Ulimate Emperor feel and massive battles that should be Total War than E:TW ever did... let's just hope that Shogun II doesn't fail us now...

From what I have heard, they are going to make the game series go right up to the end of the 20th century. So, probably one or two games for both World Wars.

I am a huge fan of these games, and my only regret is, i did not play the first Shugon, and you can not buy it anymore. But they are comeing out with a new version, so all is good.

My biggest complaint with these series is, with the exception of Mideveal, you can not play all the nations.

This is a very big regret.....Shogun:Total War is still by far my favorite Total War....I really cannot tell you why, it was just one of those epic games that left a lasting memory in me. Im so very looking forward to Shogun2....I Already Know that I am going to love it.

The only thing I wish for, is for the old style campaign maps....They simplified the game yes, but I just it made the battles that much more entertaining.
