Of course it is edited. If you look at the full version, you will not necessarily note the ehms and ehs. Compare this with anyone (for example, Ron Paul) who speaks fluently. So what's the deal? If you have to hide some thoughts or associations to not leak out ain a speech, you will automatically start filling in ehms and ehs. If you are honestly talking without holding back anything, you will speak very clearly and fluently. That's all. Also keep an eye on their eyes during their answers.
