  • should the dressing be refridgerated or will it thicken it too much?if so what should you do.

  • @dnalepocekim Hi there, yes need to refridgerate it because of the miso paste. It might thicken, however, if you bring it out of the fridge a half hour before you serve it, it will thin out again.

    3 Tbsp Japanese Sushi Vinegar

    1 Tbsp Miso Paste (any variety you choose)

    2 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil

    1 Tbsp Japanese Mirin

    1 Tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce

  • the miso I use has 24% daily sodium for 3/4 tablespoon. there is low sodum miso

    but it's all relatively high salt content.

    sometimes I use a teaspoon of olive oil, soya sauce, saki and a spot of sugar for a simple dressing. Can't wait to try yours. XD
