@AARON22222222 hey, to get to this part you need to go to Act 3: London, Chapter 6: Storming The Tower. after you go thru the level a bit, you come to this elevator behind the wall. when you go down, go thru the left 2 doors (a sign on the wall says "Sicherheitsburo" or security office. go in there and the door on the right will be the bathroom, with the Nazi on the toilet! have fun :P
